Planning for SIPs

Design

PSI meets clients at all phases of their project. Some come to us with completed architectural and engineered plans, while others only have a basic floorplan in mind. If you need design services, we can work off of other plans you may have (i.e.: house plans from the internet that needs some adjustments) start from scratch with sketches of your desired layout.

We are also very comfortable and willing to work with a designer or architect you may have chosen for your project. (If you are remodeling or adding on to an existing home or building, we recommend using a reputable design professional local to your project.) It is not our objective to design many of the houses for which we provide panels as we would like design professionals learn where and how to use SIPs in their designs.

If you are interested in "kits" or prepared house plans, please visit our SIP kits page, which contains a few designs. We expect to add two or three new designs each winter. Each of these kits has been designed with live-ability and efficiency in mind.
